We come to you to have a better look at the property you wish to improve. After a brief chat to better understand your wishes and your expectations, we will guide you towards the choices we believe to be the most appropriate and adapted. We will draw some sketches and plans if necessary to ensure a better comprehension of our ideas et and will also give you some tips, so you can start working with full peace of mind. We could also, should you wish, send you a recap of the various points discussed, so you can keep a record of the meeting.
Internal space planning
We will firstly conduct a survey of the area concerned (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, wine cellar, dressing, office, library …) so that we can draw some sketches which we will submit to you (hand drawn plans and perspectives). Your analysis of these drawings will enable us to exchange ideas and come up with a project (plans, elevations and images) which will evolve, be adjusted and optimised until the implementation phase. A tender will be called to establish the final cost of the project and to select together the best teams to entrust the works with. We will follow the works on regular basis during the construction phase and edit minutes of the weekly meetings which we will send to you as well as each of the contractors involved. We will conduct the handover with you to ensure that everything is in good working order.
A first meeting will enable us see and understand the space and to establish your taste, requirements, expectations and wishes. We will then prepare mood boards presentations showing colour choices, materials, fabrics, light fittings, furniture, … as well as the related plans, which we will present to you along with samples. If required, we will design bespoke furniture elements for you to ensure their perfect integration and to turn your project into a unique and original work. Once accepted by you, we will follow up the ordering process, the manufacturing and installation on site of all elements (furniture, light fittings, curtains, carpets, cushions, decorative objects, …). We will conduct final reception, placement and handover of the works.
Landscaping and external planning
A site visit (garden, terrace) will enable us to analyse the space’s advantages, drawbacks, its limitations, exposure, light distribution and soil quality. You will advise us of your requirements and wishes and together, we will establish the best and most appropriate elements that will best integrate your space, terrace, swimming pool, summer kitchen, pool house, jacuzzi, fountain, pergola, etc. We will propose a full project including a general layout plan, sketches, selection boards (materials, plants, external furniture, lighting, …). Once we have your approval of the various components of the project, we will call for tenders to establish the final cost of the works. Regular follow-up of the site will be conducted by our team throughout the works until handover, which we will conduct together, in the presence of all the contractors involved, to ensure all meets or exceeds your expectations.
Building Permit – Building Notice
We can effect all formalities on your behalf with the various local authorities. For a change or new opening in your façade, the construction of a villa, an extension, the creation of a garage, … We will approach the relevant authorities on your behalf, produce all required graphical elements and fill all forms necessary to complete your file. We will also ensure a follow-up until final approval.
